3-day from Zanzibar family kids safari

Your day will begin early in the Morning with our driver take you to the airport for an 8:00 am flight from Zanzibar to Arusha. Upon arrival at 9:15 am, our driver-guide will greet you and drive you to Tarangire National Park, located approximately 1.5 hours from Arusha. During the drive, your guide will share fascinating insights into the history and culture of Arusha and the Maasai people.

Tarangire National Park is renowned for its incredible biodiversity, including large herds of elephants and diverse landscapes ranging from seasonal swamps to savanna. The Tarangire River winds through the park, providing a scenic backdrop. You may be lucky enough to witness a lion stalking its prey or a leopard relaxing in the trees above.

After breakfast, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable game drive. The crater is home to approximately 30,000 animals, including the rare black rhinoceros. You can expect to see large herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthogs, hippos, and massive African elephants.

Ngorongoro is also renowned for its high concentration of predators such as lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard. You will enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor before ascending in the afternoon back to Karatu for Overnight.

On this Final day of your safari will begin, after a luscious breakfast. The destination for today is to Lake Manyara National Park with a picnic lunch for a full-day game drive.

As you enter the national park, lush forests of Acacia and Mahogany trees begin to set the mood for what is waiting ahead, the game drive will go on till evening with a small break for picnic lunch. During the game drive watch out for buffaloes, giraffes, impalas, baboons and the blue monkeys. Another spectacle of Lake Manyara National Park is the tree-climbing lions, however spotting them is a game of luck.

In the right season, you can see the shoreline turning pink with millions of flamingos flocking there.

In the afternoon after having the picnic lunch, you will branch out and head towards Arusha Airport where you Catch your flight to Zanzibar.
