Day 2: From Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Today your safari adventure begins! We’ll pick you up from your hotel in or around Arusha. During the 2.5-hour drive, you will enjoy the view of beautiful nature, landscapes, and local communities. We’ll do a full-day game drive in Tarangire which is famous for its large numbers of elephants, baobab trees, and tree-climbing African pythons. At the end of the day, we will go to Marera Valley where you’ll spend the night in a furnished comfort safari tent with a private bathroom. First, you can take a dive into the swimming pool!

Day 3 – 4: Explore the Serengeti National Park

Today we’re heading to the famous Serengeti. We will arrive at the gate at around lunchtime. For the rest of the day, we will be doing a game drive on the endless plains of this amazing park. The Serengeti is famous for its annual migration of over 1.5 million white-bearded wildebeest and 250,000 zebra and for its numerous Nile crocodile and honey badger. Our guides love to take you off the beaten track and find the best places to spot the animals. In the evening, you’ll overnight at Into Wild Africa which is beautifully located in the middle of the park. Perhaps you’ll wake up in the morning with a zebra behind your tent! Today you can enjoy a full day of game drive in the Serengeti. In the evening, we’ll go back to Into Wild Africa.

The next day, enjoy a morning and afternoon game drive in the famous and game-rich Serengeti National Park, searching for the Big 5 and other wildlife. Dinner & Overnight Into Wild Africa.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you will continue your safari in the Serengeti National Park. In the Seronera Valley, you might be lucky to see predators hunt as animals gather at the waters during the dry season.

After lunch at a picnic spot, you will slowly drive in the direction of the Ngorongoro Crater. As soon as you have reached the crater you will have a superb view of the caldera. This approximate 20 km-wide crater is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to over 20,000 animals.

You will stay at the Rhino Lodge on the crater rim from where you will be able to enjoy an incredible sunset.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Rise and shine! After an early breakfast, you will drive down the steep path into the crater. The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest, unbroken, and unflooded caldera in the world and it has an unbelievable diversity of wildlife. In addition to zebras and wildebeests, you might also spot the rare black rhino and other members of the Big Five. The crater is also home to other animals such as hyena, waterbuck, bushbuck, eland, and more than 500 bird species.

After an extensive game drive and a picnic lunch, you will leave the caldera in the afternoon and drive back to Arusha where you will arrive in the early evening and be dropped off at your overnight hotel.
